Carbon tax not exempt from GST

Congratulations  to the voters in Washington state who rejected initiative 1631 which would impose a carbon tax on the state. It failed by a comfortable margin. The people of the Evergreen state won't regret this.

Congratulations  to the voters in Washington state who rejected initiative 1631 which would impose a carbon tax on the state. It failed by a comfortable margin. The people of the Evergreen state won't regret this.

I'm sure if the people of my province or if all Canadians were asked yes or no if they want a carbon tax that increases every year they would say no too.
