The old left and right divide is gone. The new left are anti work. In Canada and America, the left opposes all development that creates good paying jobs. Donald Trump, is considered right wing(by American standards), and he supports all initiatives that create good jobs. Canada's NDP and America's contemporary Democrat party are modern leftists and they would stop all large industrial development if they could.



It's obscene that able bodied people receive benefits when jobs are unfilled. It's a big problem in Israel.

Here's another one, you and I wouldn't know anything about operating a freight train.

Not a fact. As I mentioned awhile ago, I got to drive a train. The rules were far more complex than actually operating it.

Anyone in Canada would find it had to believe that you would be allowed on railway property and impossible to believe you were allowed inside their equipment. Liability alone would rule that out.

We don't know anything about Joe. What he does for a living, his marital status(though I can't see him being in a stable long term  relationship), his appearance, his age(I guess about sixty), and what he does with his spare time are all a mystery to us. And that is fine with me, because I don't want to know. Everything he posts about himself and other posters is 100% bullshit. This leads me to believe he is a pathological liar and friendless. But, again I don't care.



Anyway, enough about the attention ho. Capitalism is the lifeblood of an advanced economy. Unions rely on it to build due paying members pensions. If you plan on collecting CPP, guess where they raise money? Capital markets. Capital markets foster job creation. Capital markets improve macroeconomic stability. We all count on them working, so that they can work for us. Blaming capitalism for bad government policy and bureaucratic obstructionism is like blaming the weatherman for a snow storm.
