While thoroughly corrupt I don't think Foxx did anything explicitly illegal-- MAYBE she could be removed for not fully recusing herself, maybe disbarred, but even that is a stretch.  Most likely she'll have to be voted out in 2020.



I can say this though-if she had been a white prosecutor who let off a white guy celeb who faked a hate crime blaming black people she would be out of there in no time whatever it took.
