I left my car running so that it will warm up.

And when I came back, the doors had locked themselves.

Doors locked and the car is running... Key inside.

The spare key was right where it should be... In the ignition lock with the primary key.

This car aint supposed to do that.

The door locks malfunction when its cold outside and for some reason they lock themselves.

I got the door open without damaging the car.

How did you get it open?

A tow truck came and used something like what they use to check blood pressure to open the driver's door a bit and then unlock it.

I opened the door with a coat hanger... A little string noose attached to it.

The tow truck driver used a coat hanger once he got the door opened a couple of centimetres..

They have a tool called a slim jim, but it won't work on my car.

-23 Celsius and windy.

We've had a mild January so far..

Farmer's Almanac predicted a colder than normal winter, but we haven't seen any signs of it yet.
