I don't see any need for Shen Li to get banned unless that's her aim.  It's true the admin has a low tolerance for a couple of things (racism being one, stalking being another) but he tries to be more tolerant in cases where an existing member invites someone such as Brick.  I don't recall what Brick did specifically to get a ban threat, but his presence there was ....I'll just say "edgy and unsociable."
