Not if one has a conceal weapons permit. Thankfully, Trump is trying to make it where one can conceal without a permit. Shouldnt need no permit.

To get a permit yes. But I imagine if approved on the federal level, it wouldnt matter.

I can see why, in a tactical situation. Where sometimes you could be up close or at a slight distance and with multiple targets.
