So technically you dont have to keep them locked in the cage.



I was reading a parrot manual and it mentioned that they crap all over the place.

Maybe they were wrong.

My understanding is that you keep the cage door open all day so they can get out and close it at night..



I haven't heard they use the livingroom as a washroom.
