I have to get to the left coast someday. I have transited through Vancouver airport, but I never saw the city. I hear Victoria is arguably  Canada's most beautiful city.

It is very beautiful here. Only locals bitch about the place. Australians they come here and have the most wonderful time of their life. I've met an Australian couple on the sky to sky gondola. They were mind blown on how beautiful the mountains and lakes were. People who live here they go to Stanley Park and think it's boring. Stanley Park was named the second most beautiful park in the world. That is a true wonder.
