Ryan Kaji is officially the highest-earning YouTuber for the second year in a row — and he's only 8 years old.

Ryan earned a whopping $26 million in 2019 — $4 million more than what he raked in for 2018. Right behind him this year is the channel Dude Perfect, whose ensemble "cast" made $20 million.

Ryan's channel, which boasts 23 million subscribers, includes clips of him unboxing toys (which is how it started, when he was just 3 years old), conducting science experiments, playing games, teaching young viewers how to complete tasks like brushing their teeth and more.

Who would've thought his parents vids of him would be parlayed into an exceptionally lucrative career.

Perhaps that was his parents plan all along.

My 2nd brother has the exact same thoughts too, but still I think the kid has some natural talent in him.

What talent is that?

He can present himself very well for a child, and has good emotional intelligence.

In one vid an interviewer asked him what does he want to be when he grows up, most kids will just blurt out whatever is in their mind, but he thought for a moment, then he mentioned he wanted to be a game developer.

in other words, he is a well behaved kid. I do not think that is worth 26 million bucks.

I do have to agree too, though I can't deny in the world of supply and demand my 2nd brother always says there are 3 main factors for a business to succeed, which is skils/talent, hard work, and luck, it looks like the kid or at least his parents were fortunate enough to get the right timing.

Your brother nailed it.
