I've only had to remove one image from The Tavern, and the IP address originated from Costa Rica.  Not a proxy address.

That is one thing though, I banned Costa Rican IP's..

The problem with range bans, is that they don't remain static.  



They are dynamic in nature.



I found this out in Castlegar, when every IP address was blocked by this forum as a spam IP address, even though I run my cell through Telus, no proxy.
