I get a little frustrated with the slow speed of treatment and vaccine trials in the middle of a pandemic..



It's not business as usual, and the turtle pace on therapeutics has to be sped up, and I'm glad to see that is happening in the USA..



And the result is people are not getting sick.

The very term "untested" is disingenuous. As Fash said, one has been around forever and all mentioned have been used 100s of times, followed closely and with only good results



"Not yet Officially approved by the medical authorities of the land" is more honest terminology  



Once a drug has had reasonable use and success it should be patient and physician call. I'd be demanding if my life was on the line .. or even health for long after if covid is allowed to ravage a person  to the point of long lasting effects.



Ask a "longhauler" what they think should have been done .. and while downplayed by the "it's only a flu fffs" types there are many  "longhaulers" suffering a myriad of problems, some permanent.



I don't hear a lot about that here .. many here don't want to know about that part of this virus which affects all ages
