Technically July 15 .. but implications are now that they will speed up second shot somewhat .. in fact Bonnie said such was likely last week as supplies are increasing .. especially for Pfizer

Ontario doesn't want me getting inoculated until a higher percentage of people in this province get their first dose.

cc

Same here but they still are hoping to speed up second shots a bit - Seems the they think  they can do both with expected  increased supplies

Wowzers - Good going Alberta  :416:

Our best day is 63,000 ... We do have a string of  several days in that area

We did get over the 1/2 the entire population (not just vaccination age) mark 3 days ago

Saskatchewan and Alberta are over the fifty per cent mark now for the total population. Manitoba aint doing bad either even though they now have the highest infection rate in Canada.

It's some consolation that we all can all say that.

Still, in perspective that only represents mostly single shots, not full vaccination   ... meaning that we are all 1/4 way there +a bit better in that that as a few early people have second shot.

For example, we have 2,744,020 shots administered currently, but only 143,406 have  2 shots .. so we still have a very long way to go

+ we will never really get there as the cultists will never get any shot and continue the spread to others of their cult + spread to those vaccinated but are in the low % for whom it doesn't work according to test data

Only consolation is that first shot does provide a good degree of protection

+ it greatly reduce symptoms in most cases where recipient contracts the virus

Once again, bottom line is that Trudy skewed up royally  = failed miserable at protecting those he was elected to protect

But, people in this province will reelect his job killing, deficit/tax raising, incompetent ass.

Dr Fauci now says fully vaccinated Americans may not need to get a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot.

Dr Fauci now says fully vaccinated Americans may not need to get a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot.

I don't consider him genuine on anything .. . that said, I think that's now a given ... Think of it like the annual flu shot which has been updated for variants for years to address changes / variants

It all depends on 1. "duration" of antibodies & 2. on how effective they remain  vs. variants

I read one of the makers is addressing a possible flu / covid combo shot already

I took his statement to mean that annual COVID shots may not be necessary. I guess I misunderstood what he meant.
