Not sure if Sunday stats are as accurate, but encouraging is Alberta today down to  1,286 new cases and 10 deaths ... I hope it continues downward



We are the only ones who get no weekend stats (dunno why), so have to wait

Done deal .. I also want to know if  "calcifediol" is same or not as it is the one Mayo mentioned worked so well

I aint even heard of that before today. I used to take a daily multi, but I stopped about five or six years ago.

I upped my D from 1000 to 3000 a few months ago once  I found it helped make one less susceptible to virus + greatly helped recovery of its victims. I checked with doc & she said that level will do no harm, but don't go much higher



I need to get some more specifics and will do so

I am looking at the bottle right now and it says D3, 1000. So, the old lady and I should take three pills a day instead of one?

The Ontario government is poised to impose a province-wide lockdown starting Christmas Eve, media reports say, as the province logs more than 2,000 new cases of COVID-19 for the sixth consecutive day.

Alberta counted 1,286 new cases of COVID-19 after nearly 18,000 tests on Saturday.



Hospitalizations dropped from 777 to 760, and ICU admissions from 151 to 149.



Ten more deaths related to the disease were reported to Alberta Health Services over the previous 24 hours.

I have to go into town before Christmas. I'll stop at the paharmacy and ask which vitamin D have calcifediol. We might be taking the wrong D.

And that's after a four week lock down..



Lock downs were able to bend the curve in the spring, but they are not as effective as a way of containing the virus during the second wave..



The virus is too weidespread now.
