Triple therapy cure is being balked at:

That is fantastic. Where does it stand as far as clinical testing and regulatory approval?

Believe a few groups of 80-150 have used it around the world. 100 percent effective, 6 percent mild side effects like headache, sore throat, etc...

...apparently frontline doctors are quietly dosing themselves as a prophylactic.

Doxycycline, Ivermectin, and Zinc....all used for decades...

I never heard of it when I had the coronavirus.

1st is a very common antiobiotic, and last also common.

I did a search. It's been around for a while. They never mentioned it to me.

I feel sorry for the people of your state.

Almost all of the hardest-hit states are moving in the right direction, and new cases are down nationwide. This could be a major step forward in COVID containment—or it could be the calm before the next wave. For the time being, however, it's worth acknowledging progress, along with areas where work still has to be done. Based on The New York Times' data, these are the only four states where COVID cases are currently rising.

1. Mississippi

2. South Carolina

3. Arizona

4. Florida

Dunno where they get their info but for 2 of them that I keep daily records on (Florida & Arizona) - I selectively picked 5 long ago because they were opening up and I wanted to follow them. It shot up high initially, but is falling every day now

I'm looking at my chart as I write

Florida is less that 1/2 daily new cases of 2 weeks ago (It has fallen daily during that period)

Arizona has likewise gone down each day over that period and is currently 1/5 what it was 2 weeks ago

The damned Press lies

What is astounding right from the start and even before opening was extremely lower death / case rates .. They beat us by many times over and their record keeping is as good as or better than ours - Canada has been  VERY high and still is ... I'll do some "as of today" calcs shortly

I never checked when the got their numbers either. It is probably dated as your daily checking indicates.

The US is on the right track again though.

cc

I track daily FL, AZ, Georgia  & Texas .. as well as Canada, BC and some countries .. have spreadsheet for a long while now

All States shot up quickly a few weeks ago but have been falling steadily last 2 weeks  ... 1/2 of more down in past 2 weeks

I use worldometer data which is the most accepted source overall

While opening states early data was alarming but expected, the fact that numbers are now decreasing is encouraging

Are states that reversed or slowed reopening, going ahead with reopening plans?

Very encouraging.

India more new infections than America and Brazil combined. But, America has more daily deaths and active cases.

Just checked my spreadsheet - looking over the par 2 weeks +, it would be more accurate to say that India has been going up, US going down .. and that India has caught up to the US in total cases

With the exception of past 2 days, deaths have been roughly similar

While numbers can be questioned in some countries, Brazil and Mexico have much higher death / case rates that US and India .. especially Mexico

(I'm going by new cases and new deaths each day for past 2 weeks + .. not by totals)

I'll do a total case look shortly

It shows the India having less than half the cases that America does. I am relieved to see Brazil and America trending in the right direction.

I think you must be going by totals from the start - US got off the mark much earlier .. not a fair comparison

Again, as per last 2+ weeks, the 2 are matching each other for new cases and new deaths

Using totals is fair comparison only for death / case .. and even that is skewed as US and Canada started with bad death / case rate because they let Care Homes get caught  .. thus rate decreases  daily now
