Homes are coming onto the market fast here in some areas of the Koots all of a sudden.  Quick sale shit.  First listed two weeks ago, with a price adjustment one week ago type of shit.



I'm guessing some of these are second properties, which now are a burden that the owners don't want.



Keep your eyes peeled for relative bargains coming on the market in the upcoming weeks/months here!



Small town, 1950's style Mayberry life in one of the most geographically beautiful places on Earth may just become reachable for some now...



We prefer Whites here, but obviously money talks also...

That seems to be the case for cottages/second homes up around Parry Sound. Less so in Muskoka as a lot of those mansion "cottages" are owned by people like Kevin O'Leary, Kurt Russell and Eddie Van Halen.
