Antifa militants upset over President Joe Biden's inauguration have taken to the streets in cities such as Portland and Seattle to cause destruction and chaos this week, but the unrest has been barely covered by ABC, NBC and CBS.



The three broadcast networks have dedicated less than a minute to the story on-air combined.



"During President Biden's inauguration Wednesday, the networks repeatedly reminded Americans of the horrible violence from Trump supporters two weeks ago, storming the Capitol over the election results. But, overnight, violent leftists took to the streets, rioting in at least two different cities in 'protest' over Biden's election, and the networks couldn't care less," Media Research Center news analyst Kristine Marsh wrote.

More than 100 rioters vandalized police cars, lit fires and smashed storefront windows, resulting in the evacuation of seven employees in city buildings and two hospitalizations, video shows, The News Tribune reported. No deaths have been reported as a result of the events.



Violence broke out in Tacoma following the release of a viral video showing a 30-year veteran of the Tacoma Police Department running over an unknown individual at an illegal street race. The officer in question reportedly "feared for his safety" once his cruiser was engulfed by a mob pounding on the cruiser's windows, according to a Tacoma PD statement.



A small group of antifa rioters clad in all-black clothing was seen outside of Pierce County Jail attempting to rip jail gates down while simultaneously cheering "free them all," the Post reported. Members of the same group reportedly carried an Antifacist Action flag.

Officials in Olympia, Washington, have condemned leftist militants who used hatchets, knives, and batons to forcibly take over a downtown hotel Sunday.



And Mayor Cheryl Selby went so far as to call their actions "an act of domestic terrorism," the Olympian reported.



The group was identified as Oly Housing Now, a homeless activist outfit, and its members had gas masks, helmets, and goggles, apparently in preparation for a confrontation, the statement noted. Police estimated about 45 members of the group were inside and outside the hotel. The group had occupied the fourth and fifth floors and were placing black tarps on the windows as police arrived, cops told KING.
