I would imagine it's like Detroit. That city is losing a lot of people to surrounding communities.

It was shockingly bad.

A lot of the buildings looked to have been burned at some point but then "repaired"..

90% to 100% of the buildings are in demolition condition.

The decorative tiling on the exterior was falling off..

Somebody is gonna get her/his head smashed in by a 200kilo block of cement.

Bullet holes on the walls.

I know there is real racism against women and brownies..

Some people cant take it when a woman is better than they are or when a jungle bunny/brownie is better than they are.

And they resort to these dishonorable female tactics where they conspire against the said bunny or a woman.

Its a small man syndrome.

He is not preventing the police from doing his job.

The police can still do his job after the beating.

You are both correct. I worked in DC and Maryland and also lived in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Baltimore is a one-hour drive from Washington, D.C. if you do not encounter delays.

When you are in Maryland, some parts of it border Washington, D.C. For example, in NW D.C., you can be in Maryland right away after crossing the street. The same goes for Virginia. You cross the Memorial Bridge from Washington, D.C. and you are in Arlington, Virginia. You cross another bridge from Washington, D.C., specifically the Francis Scott Key Bridge, you are in Rosslyn, Virginia. So on and so forth.  :JC_howdy:

I've been to Detroit when I used to live in the Midwest. I think it's just as bad as Baltimore. When I was taking my son around to the different ice rinks for different games, the most dilapidated rink was the one in Baltimore. I recall we all groaned when we knew a game was going to be over there. The neighborhood was not the best either.
