There were two reasons why I took this minor subgroup role... 1...that anybody could post in a place without registering, and 2... if they couldn't abide by basic decencies and rules, I could stop them temporarily until the owner and crew could make a decision about what happened after that...

Ohh, I know it's not personal, you're one of a very few subset of people capable of running a panel that I trust to do it without making it personal. You and I have locked horns for shits and giggles that have left others aghast at how outwardly vicious and acrimonious our flaming descended into.  The irony here is that your posts in this thread testify that you take forums to a level of seriousness that no one else is.



 You are embarrassingly pre occupied with Murds board as if other people see a board not really working out as some market of personal success or failure.



 Everyone else views the boards as a place to screw off and it's not really a big deal if someone gets tired of running one. These are obscure forums with pretty much the same membership. You act like people are setting success goals with these boards.



 And okay. Several people have exchanged taunting on the boards. No one else is having a pissy fit. No one else decided to use personal real life on the boards either. Except Martini who thought it would be cute to go there. Didnt work out so great for him either.  You got that knuckle dagger openly boasting about how he intentionally got real life involved with someone for purpose of trying to fuck with another person's actual life so he would have forum content. No one with a fucking brain believes that pathetic revision but it says a lot about mentality.....none of which is flattering.

I was under the impression you already had a sub for that anyway. I was referring to previous decisions you had made and not necessarily ones that related to a panel.



In any case, it doesn't matter. You shouldn't expect others to agree with every last thing you do and I sure as hell aren't concerned that I don't. As a more conservative leaning person I would imagine you aren't as given to the rabid need that some groups require of their members to be in complete lockstep with each other, variety is the spice of life is a maxim that springs to mind here.



As far as I'm concerned, I'm good with the guest posting function for as long as you decide to leave it open, I've always kept your rules uppermost in mind when I've been posting here. Others might disagree; bully for them and their lack of imagination. I could very easily "turn it up to eleven", but I honestly don't see a point in doing so - that's not what you set this site up for and I'm not inclined to go giving any troublemakers in your midst any ideas of how to fuck with it.

If that was the case, then the Splurging Gomez crowd wouldn't be trying so hard to replicate the brilliance in what he pulled off a year ago currently. Looking at the current state of SG, id say Martini's attempt at pulling YouTube drama onto these forums is needed so much to keep that dust bowl interesting enough to cover the actual cost of keeping it open, not the transient cattle bleating that's currently going on.
