Yes, you can. In the admin panel, on the left, under Post Settings, set "Enable visual confirmation for guest postings" to yes.

So, permissions for that forum, guest posting on.

Require captcha on guest posting, on.

i didn't see that, but I heard about it.  But, that same reaper guy blamed Fash for Martini posting some PI about him. Fash gets blamed for the school yard antics of grown men.
