We have these minor physical altercations... Sometimes..

Guys get stressed out due to busy schedule.

The banter goes straight to the feels.

Sometimes the other crews are just fucking with you.

Usually we threaten to get them outside of work.

Not that the workplace is a wrestling/boxing rink..

The boss just doesnt get his panties in a bunch over racist, sexist jokes or a little "fighting" between the employees.

Fighting at work equals automatic dismissal in Canada Odi. The n-word is considered a fight provoking word.

Hmm.. Are dirty jokes forbidden?

What if I told a woman that she has sweet pants..

Would I get fired immediately?

Probably not immediately. There would be an investigation.

Odinson

We dont have restrictions about that either..

You say a dirty joke, the female employees laugh..

That sounds like sexist hiring policies.  Years ago I had an interview at a government run seedling packaging plant.  I did well at interview, and was easily capable of performing the duties.  I never heard back.  So a few weeks later I drive by, and what do I see?  A bunch of middle aged hags standing around outside smoking.  Not one male I could see...

Aren't government workplaces supposed to ensure hiring equality?

I don't know......I don't work in HR.

Every time I walk into a government office, it's all damn females.  It's not hard for me to deduce that they don't like hiring straight White males.  I think this is unfair.  Maybe I should throw on a cheap wig, and call myself a tranny in order to get these cushy jobs with pension and benefits.

There are lots of factors that play a part in a job interview.

"Middle-aged hags" are better when you are looking for a long-term employee..

Age has advantages and disadvantages. Older workers are more reliable and have tons of experience. But, they are hard to train.
