Problem is, with the media what it is they are succeeding
It's the smaller media outlets that are keeping this scandal alive. Barely, mind you.

In an unprecedented censorship push, Twitter has been suppressing a series of exposés by The New York Post on the dealings of Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden. Not only is the social media firm blocking users from linking to the story, it's also been locking accounts that attempt to do so. Among them have been White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, the official account of the Trump campaign, The New York Post, and actor James Woods, a major pro-Trump voice on Twitter with some 2.6 million followers.
The articles centered on documents the Post obtained indicating that Hunter Biden negotiated multiple lucrative business arrangements in China and Ukraine where gaining access to or currying favor with his father was at least an implicit part of the deal.
His father is now the Democratic candidate for the presidency.

Twitter hasn't unlocked the New York Post's account, four days after the newspaper published several bombshell reports about Hunter Biden's laptop and emails, according to several of the paper's editors.
They will be forced to. Give it a few more days.

Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk's Twitter account was locked on Saturday for a tweet about Pennsylvania ballots.
"Pennsylvania just rejected 372,000 mail-in ballots," Kirk tweeted. "One voter was said to have submitted 11 duplicate ballots Pennsylvania might be key to winning the White House What's going on?"
Kirk criticized the lock saying "that big tech has become the enforcement and communication arm of the Biden campaign and the democrat party" during an interview with Fox News host Steve Hilton, according to FOX News

Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), Chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Chairman of the Finance Committee, criticized the mainstream media and big tech for ignoring and censoring recent developments in the Biden email scandal.
Johnson said the media is ignoring the report (pdf) his committee put out in September and the recent developments with Hunter Biden's emails.
"What we revealed in our 87-page report is a vast web of connections with Chinese nationals, with people all over the world. Again, trading on the Biden name. But it's these business dealings—you know, our report raises far more questions than it actually answered,"
Johnson added, "but it raises so [many] troubling issues that the mainstream media is simply not looking at. They are suppressing the information, which is a scandal in and of itself."
Johnson and Grassley had been conducting an investigation into Hunter Biden's business dealings in Ukraine and China while his father Joe Biden was vice president.
The interim report released by the committees showed Hunter Biden engaged in "questionable financial transactions" with associates and foreign individuals, including the wife of the former mayor of Moscow and people with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said he planned to send the report to the Department of Justice to review it for potential criminal activity.
