Let's assume I'm a Doctor.  We know the Hippocratic Oath is not binding anymore, and is simply read out for fun and nothing more...



Let's say I'm a Jew that wants to capitalize on this fact:  If you come into my office with a clear mental disorder wanting your working arm chopped off because you don't like your arm, I'm not sure I could get away with removing your working limbs for no reason...  So I can't remove your arms and legs just because you want me to.



But let's say I utilize Jewish Trickery, and make money removing your dick instead!  Or crafting you a new penis if you are female!  Then I can make money doing so!



The only thing me and my cabal has to do, is to convince the governing body (which is all Jewish anyhow), is to re-write the rules!



Now we can slice and dice, for a nice profit!  Don't like your dick?  That's a Porsche!  Don't like your vagina?  I can turn that into a Ferrari!
