Lol, Chinese dessert isn't that rich in taste or elegant in flavors imo, I guess that bubble rice like milk pudding is the only one worth eating.  



If ya don't mind me asking Blaze, are you one of those White ppl that believe China town food is authentic Chinese cuisine?  I heard on the news a lot of White folks that are traveling in China feel homesick b/c they miss those China town food.  And then some White guy started this China town style restaurant in China, on like the first day all the White folks flooded the place.

Now that reminds me of that US Southerner food rating cuisine list someone had posted, think it was Kiebers, or was it Blaze that uploaded that pic.  Every time I look at that list the side of my head starts to sweat, lol.

I posted it, but I believe Kiebers got the high score lolol. Either Renee or myself might of got 2nd lol.

At first I never knew Southern US ppl make those food, the only one I expected was alligator, but after checking out that list, no offense intended but this couldn't be a better time to become a vegetarian, same goes for those rural Chinese food.

We dont have a China Town here. I been to the one in Seattle a couple times. There was one actual restaurant that we went to that I thought might be authentic. It was expensive, but it was the best.

I got befriended by two Chinese guys in the 90's at work. One from the far North and one from the Deep South.  They were trying to teach me two dialects at the the same time, but they fought all of the time....despite being good friends.





They'd make authentic stuff for me when I visited them but never in the kitchen... they had cooking sheds out back of their homes. It was good food but even they went to Yum Cha restaurants for a treat like the rest of us.

I am waiting for the powers that be to push that "you will eat the bugs by 2030 and be happy" bullshit. I personally cannot see too many people scarfing up handfuls of raw locust and centipede trail mix and getting the same enjoyment as say, a nicely cooked steak.



Then I remember how long it took to engineer society into mask obedience after countless generations of "don't hide your face" and realise a lot could happen in eight years.



Like Greta Thunberg getting ripped apart by wild pigs and devoured after the piggery owner neglected to feed them because climate change for instance.
