Static or dynamic IP?



A general location isn't PI, but a street could be. Oak's house would be PI if it revealed a location (ie reverse image search, exif data), otherwise it is just a house.

Reverse image searches are the reason I did not allow anyone to post images of anyone on my forum without their consent.  I was minimizing my personal liability.  That's what fake attorneys with bar numbers and a billable hourly rates do.
