Rudy Giuliani: Several Election Lawsuits 'Ready to Go' to the Supreme Court



Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said Tuesday that the Trump campaign is prepared to lose election-related cases in a bid to push them to the U.S. Supreme Court.



"Frankly this is a case that we would like to get to the Supreme Court," he said in an interview with Fox Business, referring to a Trump campaign case to get around 700,000 mail-in ballots thrown out in Pennsylvania. "So we're prepared in some of these cases to lose and to appeal and to get it to the Supreme Court."



"You might remember in Bush v. Gore, the Bush campaign lost in the state of Florida because it was a Democratic court. You're not going to win every one of these ... but in some cases you win, some cases you lose," Giuliani told Fox Business, while noting that even though the judges in some cases were appointed by Democratic presidents, he doesn't view them as necessarily unfair.



A case in Pennsylvania, he said, will be President Donald Trump's "first established vehicle on our way to the Supreme Court." Giuliani added there is another case in Michigan that is "drafted and ready to go" to the Supreme Court, while saying that lawsuits in other states could also be heard in the nation's highest court.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Overturns Trump Campaign's Win on GOP Observers Case



The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled to reverse a lower state court decision that guaranteed Republican observers the right to watch ballot counts from no more than six feet away.



In a 5-2 decision, the court said the state's election code does not set a minimum distance poll observers need to be in order to watch ballot counts and meet the laws' requirements. The majority added that if the court imposes a distance requirement, as the lower court did, it would be improperly rewriting the statute.

Trump Electoral College Candidates in Nevada File Election Contest



The United States Electoral College candidates in Nevada who pledged to President Donald Trump filed an election contest on Nov. 17, alleging irregularities, improprieties, and fraud in the state's 2020 presidential election.



The election contest (pdf), filed in the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, seeks to have Trump declared as the winner in Nevada, or to have the election annulled, by challenging at least 40,000 votes cast in the presidential election, more than the unofficial margin between Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.



The plaintiffs allege that the election machines used throughout the state are unreliable, that observers were denied access to the ballot duplication process, and that alleged vote-buying occurred through some Native American outreach programs.



"We believe the discrepancies discovered in the days following Nevada's election and invited by the Democrat's last-minute changes to the law monumentally influenced this presidential election to benefit Joe Biden, and as a result, these irregularities have deprived Nevadans of their right to a free and fair election," Jenna Ellis, a senior legal adviser to the Trump campaign, said in a statement.



"These malicious actions, which have impacted more than 40,000 ballots, cannot be overlooked, and President Trump will continue battling for justice and seeking to restore Americans' faith in our electoral process."

Third Georgia County Finds Memory Card With Uncounted Votes



A third county in Georgia discovered a memory card with uncounted votes, a majority of which were cast for President Donald Trump, according to Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer.



"Our monitors tell us that Walton County election officials have found a memory card that was apparently not uploaded. The number of uncounted votes is not as large as in Floyd or Fayette but the President will pick up votes," Shafer wrote on Twitter.



According to Walton Tribune, Trump netted 176 votes as a result of the discovery.

Election Contest Claims 15,000 Voters in Nevada Also Voted Outside the State



Nevada's Republican Party announced a new election contest on Tuesday to "throw out fraud and ensure election integrity," citing a slew of alleged voting irregularities that include claims of evidence that 15,000 people who voted in Nevada also voted in another state.



The election contest (pdf), filed in Carson City District Court by Nevada Electoral College candidates who pledged to President Donald Trump, is contesting the results of the presidential election in Nevada. It alleges "substantial irregularities, improprieties, and fraud" that occurred in the election, and that Nevada election officials put in effect an election system that was "highly susceptible to fraud and abuse."



"Evidence will show that the nature and scale of that fraud and abuse renders the purported results of the Nevada election illegitimate," the lawsuit read.

Witnesses of the recount of the presidential election in Georgia have signed sworn statements testifying to having observed ballots cast for President Donald Trump being counted as though they were cast for former Vice President Joe Biden.



Trump campaign attorney Lin Wood filed the affidavits with a federal court in Georgia on Nov. 17 as part of an emergency motion seeking to block the certification of the election results in the Peach State.



Nine of the affiants swore to have seen suspiciously pristine, uncreased mail ballots, uniformly and perfectly filled out, almost always for Biden. In one case, a batch of such ballots included 500 ballots in a row all cast for Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee.



The lack of creases is strange considering that mail ballots have to be folded to fit in an envelope. Some of the witnesses said the perfect markings, all in black and never outside the voting bubble, appeared as though they were printed by a machine or stamped.

Georgia Poll Worker Says She Found 'Pristine' Batch of Ballots That Went '98%' for Biden

Woman says she took part in state recount, has 20 years' experience in handling ballots



A Georgia poll worker who said she has 20 years of experience in handling ballots and recounts said in a sworn statement on Nov. 17 that she noticed an unusual batch of ballots in which the sheets had no signs of use or markings, and approximately 98 percent were marked for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.



Only about two of the ballots from that batch were marked for President Donald Trump, recount worker Susan Voyles said. Voyles filed an affidavit in support of attorney Lin Wood's lawsuit against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in which she claimed that Raffensperger made changes to the state's election policy, arguing that only Georgia's legislature can make a change in a federal election.

Wayne County Canvassers Board Republicans Rescind Votes Certifying Election



In the second reversal in as many days, two Republicans on a county elections board in Michigan rescinded their votes that had certified their county's results in the 2020 election.



Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chairperson Monica Palmer and board member William Hartmann signed sworn affidavits on Nov. 18 testifying that they voted to certify the election results the day before only because they were promised that a full audit of the election would take place to address their concerns. After learning that no audit would occur, they rescinded their votes.
