Alleged Anonymous Email From Arizona Tech Worker Claims 35,000 Votes Given to Democrats in Pima County: Witness



An alleged anonymous whistleblower's email that was provided to a cybersecurity expert in testimony during an Arizona GOP state Senate meeting claimed that 35,000 fraudulent votes were given to each of the Democratic candidates in Pima County, Arizona.



A copy of the purported email was displayed during the event on Monday, as cited by retired Army Col. Phil Waldron. Waldron, a cybersecurity expert, claimed that the information was from a Pima County tech support provider, although he did not say in what capacity. The event was held by some Republican members of the Arizona State Legislature, which also included statements from President Donald Trump's lawyers.



The whistleblower, who wanted to "remain anonymous," told him that he provided that information to the U.S. Department of Justice, according to Waldron. The email stipulated that officials "added fraud votes in the initial vote-by-mail totals released at 8 p.m. on Nov. 3," he said.

Poll Observer: 'Large Percentage' of People Who 'Just Moved' to Arizona Voted



A woman who said she worked as a volunteer poll observer in Arizona's Pima County claimed she was told by election officials to allow people to vote who may not have been properly registered to vote in Arizona on Election Day.



"I was having to allow people to vote who literally had just moved here. A large percentage had addresses from two apartment complexes," Anna Orth told GOP Arizona State legislators on Monday.



Orth remarked that "many" of these individuals were "residents for not more than a month."



In another instance, Orth was refused entry to a room where problematic ballots were taken to be duplicated and couldn't observe the process, she claimed. Overall, she estimated that approximately "2,000 ballots" were duplicated in that way.

DHS Was Warned of Election Machine Vulnerabilities Before Election: Expert



The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was warned by experts that voting machines were vulnerable to hackers and manipulation, a cybersecurity specialist said Monday.



Retired Col. Phil Waldron told a public hearing on election issues in Arizona that his team brought the information to DHS workers, including employees in the department's cybersecurity office, known as CISA.



"When I started working on this project in August, I called them up and said, you guys have got to come out and look at it. They did. They spent an initial three hours going through this data. At the end of that, one of them said, 'I think I need to go outside and throw up,'" said Waldron, who informed the hearing of issues his team uncovered with Dominion Voting Systems machines.



DHS employees followed up multiple times, traveling to Dallas to obtain over 600 gigabytes of data from another team working with Waldron. Waldron's team gave them another over 200 gigabytes and they analyzed that.



"After they analyzed, there was a scan, a passive scan done. They conducted a limited scan and determined that there were vulnerabilities. They held numerous meetings," Waldron said.



Asked why nothing seemed to be done before the election to fix the vulnerabilities, Waldron said he believed it was either incompetence or a lack of commitment to doing something, at the senior leader level.

Trump Ballots Defaulted and Switched to Biden Votes on Dominion System: Maricopa GOP Chairwoman



Maricopa County GOP chairwoman Linda Brickman on Nov. 30 testified before members of the Arizona State Legislature that she personally observed votes for President Donald Trump being tallied as votes for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden when input into Dominion machines.



Brickman, the GOP head of one of the country's largest counties and a veteran county elections worker, submitted her testimony in a sworn affidavit under penalty of perjury. She testified that she and her Democratic partner witnessed "more than once" Trump votes default and shift to Biden when they were entering votes into Dominion machines from ballots that couldn't be read by machines.



She alleged that she was later threatened by election supervisors at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) for speaking out about what she had witnessed.



"I observed, with my Democratic partner, the preparation of a new ballot, since the original one was soiled, or wouldn't go through the tabulators. I read her a Trump Republican ballot, and as soon as she entered it into the system, the ballot defaulted on the screen to a Biden Democratic ballot," Brickman told GOP Arizona State legislators on Monday.



She remarked that when she reported the issue to election supervisors, others in the room also commented that they had "witnessed the same manipulation."

Up to 280,000 Ballots 'Disappeared' After Trip to Pennsylvania From NY: Amistad Project Director



As many as 288,000 ballots for the 2020 U.S. election "disappeared" in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, after being transported by truck from New York, according to Phill Kline, the director of the legal group Thomas More Society's Amistad Project.



Kline, a former district attorney and Kansas attorney general, said he received evidence that between "130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election had been shipped from Bethpage, New York, before the ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared" on Oct. 21. Kline cited statements from a U.S. Postal Service subcontractor whom he described as a whistleblower.



Kline also asserted in a statement that Postal Service workers were engaged in "widespread illegal efforts" to influence the election. At least one whistleblower said that they transported thousands of prefilled ballots across state lines, which, if true, would be a federal crime. His group made an "estimate" of the number of ballots that disappeared.



Kline said that the group will share the information with law enforcement, including the FBI, U.S. attorneys in other areas, and local prosecutors "who are aware of our evidence."

Michigan Poll Observer: Military Ballots Looked Like 'Xerox Copies,' All for Biden



A woman who said she was a poll observer at the TCF Center in Detroit on Election Day testified in front of a Michigan State Senate hearing that she saw numerous military ballots that looked like "Xerox copies" and were all allegedly marked for Democrat Joe Biden.



The woman, who only identified herself as Patty and said she has nine years' worth of experience, told the lawmakers that "military ballots ... looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies of the ballot. They were all for Biden across the board; there wasn't a single Trump vote."



"None of the voters [were] registered," and election workers "had to manually enter the names and addresses and a birth date of 1/1/2020, which would override the system and allow them to enter nonregistered voters, of which I saw several ... throughout the day," Patty said.

Fulton County 'Cut Corners' in 2nd Recount: Georgia Secretary of State



Georgia's most populous county "cut corners" during the second recount of the Nov. 3 election, the official overseeing the state's elections said Tuesday.

Ex-CIA Officer Alleges That Election Irregularities Could Be Part of a Big Scheme



Gary Berntsen, a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) career officer who worked on various counterterrorism deployments, worries that the irregularities that happened during the November election may be part of a larger scheme.



"If you want to steal an election of the United States, what do you do? You go into the swing states, your Democrats, you target the urban areas where you have the largest vote count," Berntsen told The Epoch Times. "They need to produce a massive, significant, large number of votes—therefore they have to go to large Democratic cities."



He went further to allege that the vote counting was stopped in some polling sites in big cities probably because the persons behind the scheme found out they needed to produce more ballots to fill a gap bigger than they expected.

Voting Machine USB Drives Had Totals Altered Overnight, Witness in Nevada Election Contest Alleges



A witness brought forward by the Trump campaign in its election contest in Nevada alleged that the memory disks used to store vote totals from election machines during the early vote period had the vote tallies inexplicably changed overnight, according to a presentation at an evidentiary hearing in Carson City on Dec. 3.



According to Jesse Binnall, who presented the evidence on behalf of the Trump campaign, the witness, whose name is shielded by a protective order, said that the vote tallies were collected from the machine at the end of every voting day and stored on Universal Serial Bus (USB) drives overnight.
