I actually learned martial arts for 8 years. One day, I was delivering pizzas, and a guy snuck up behind me and put a knife to my neck. I wasnt allowed to carry a firearm at my job. And I was in a situation where the knife was right on my neck. I lost out $100 that day, went home with no money, at a time I needed it. Had I been armed, I would not of killed the guy, but I would've disabled him, so that he learned a lesson, and I wouldnt go home with nothing for my family. Guy got away with it.

That sucks... a total lose/lose situation.

Tbh rifles aren't the police main concern, I think, it's the concealed guns or full auto fire arms that are doing the killing.

I've only had a non restricted PAL. My criminal record prevented me from getting a restricted PAL when I was young. And when I got a pardon I no longer wanted it.

I hear ya Blaze, and I know it ain't easy for you as I know you're living on a tight budget.  But 100$ is something I can accept giving away, what matters is you're okay after that robber left.  Plus if you think 100$ is something, in fact my dad had lost $400,000 USD b/c his accountant had made an error or the shipping department had shipped the products to the wrong address, lol.  Even the wealthy people have their hard times and there's nothing they can do about it either, which kind of sucks tbh.  Just to let you know, you're not alone brother, other people including the cops have your back covered.

What do I use firearms for? Killing pests like badgers and coyotes, and venison for the freezer. I wanted handguns when I was young for target practice. After I got my pardon, it didn't interest me anymore.



I gave most of my rifles to my nephews who supply me with moose and elk meat. I only have a 22 and a 270 now that are never fired off of my farm land.
