I often showed up at places without a search warrant.



Because I didn't need one if I am there to arrest people suspected of committing an offence.



I also didn't have an arrest warrant, because police officers do not require a warrant to arrest people they suspect of committing an offence. The swearing in process endows all police officers with the power to arrest without warrant.

To enter into their accommodation and extract people they do especially when no laws were being broken and there is extensive video history of the Montreal Police repeatedly harassing Rebel News staff, detaining them, arresting them, and calling them Jew Media.
