@realAzhyaAryola

If anyone ever tells you I hate Canada, ignore. It's the farthest from the truth so that's a lie. I have only just started to explore all the must-see places in this country.

I was in Vancouver last week. The weather was TERRIFIC!  :howdy:

I wanted to see Whistler but all the tour buses to Whistler from Vancouver were paused. Just fyi for any Whistler enthusiasts.

There is a lot I hate about Canada, but it has nothing to do with tourist attractions. I have never been to Whistler.

I wonder if Azhya has been to the Kootenays.

In its early days, Whistler was a nice place to be.

It has changed into a crowded mass of buildings  & people .. and far less natural place

OK I guess if one likes that.

North of it is still quite natural and very nice

I had a fantastic time when I went to Calgary and Lake Louise. I would love to see BC, from the Rockies to the coast.

Lake Louise is still "less commercial" than Whistler & Banff & very nice

The Columbia Icefields are worth viewing .. I once drove it southbound as dawn was breaking .. a surreal feeling I still get when I think of it

Fash's Kootenay area is really natural and BC at it's natural best. I'm most familiar with the southern end of it - Possibly Fash enters it from above? to the north?

We go to the Western Kootenays.....Central to Southern part of the region.

One of my favourite driving trips was from my farm in West Central Saskatchewan up the Yukon. Watch for herds of animals on the road.

I've only been to Banff, but I don't doubt the other three are spectacular holiday destinations too.

Which part of Canada has those gigantic red trees?

Or are they even in Canada.
