The statement asks for the "American government to move urgently" in facilitating the removal of the journalists, asking for protection in reaching the "US-controlled airport," as well as "safe passage through a protected access gate to the airport" and "facilitated air movement out of the country."



The letter was signed by Frederick J. Ryan, Jr. Publisher and Chief Executive Officer, The Washington Post, Almar Latour, Chief Executive Officer, Dow Jones & Co. Publisher, The Wall Street Journal and A.G. Sulzberger, Chairman and Publisher, The New York Times.



As the journalists are begging for assistance, the installed puppet Joe Biden made a statement of his own, taking responsibility for his decision to withdrawal from Afghanistan, only after he blamed President Trump, Afghanistan leadership and the people of Afghanistan for not fighting for their country.

Guterres appealed for the UN Security Council and the international community to work together and ensure that human rights are upheld in the war-torn nation and make sure that Afghanistan never becomes a platform for terrorism again.
