This is the consequence of bad government policy.
People will only take so much.
The general policies of our governments have created distrust, discontent and resentment, and this was utterly forseeable.
The easier it is for politicians, the harder it is for us.

If I was one of those cops, I would refuse to carry out my duties.
Im honestly surprised the cops have complied as long as they have. Some of them seem like they relish in it, and wade around like bullies. Others, you can tell they are "just trying to do their job". But the people are getting fed up.
I know if I was a cop, I'd turn a blind eye to folks just trying to live their lives, and focus on worse crimes.
They need the job. It is like cops in the United States that are being forced to sit on their hands while BLM and Antifa destroy property and lives. There the cops want to act, but can't because of political pressure from activist city councils.
Pretty much. That stuff was driving me crazy here, how folks got away with WAY too much destruction.
I am a business owner. What am I paying taxes for if the police are going to stand around and watch looters and vandals destroy in one night what it took me decades to build.
