At first it was one shot and you were vaccinated. Then it was two shots and you were "fully vaccinated". Then you weren't considered fully vaccinated unless you had a booster. Now they're talking about another booster and possibly another one after that. It's getting so confusing that they're now starting to say "Up to date" instead of how many shots you need to be fully vaccinated. Makes me wonder if the people reported as 'unvaccinated' had a couple of jabs but not all the ones needed to be considered current.
