You fell for very misleading information..



Here's the real story.



While the numbers in the screenshot appear to be accurate, this does not mean that vaccines have failed.



On the same page, data shows that unvaccinated individuals have significantly higher numbers of hospitalization and death (Table 6 – 12).



For example, Table 6 shows that the hospitalization rate per 100,000 of unvaccinated patients between 70 and 79 years was 6982.35, while for those with three doses in the same age group was 39.69. Table 11 shows that the rate per 100,000 of unvaccinated patient deaths between 70 and 79 years was 1885.34 compared to the 2.30 for those who received three doses. Both of these examples show data in the past 120 days.



The page also explains: "63.1% of cases (210,176/333,235) since Jan 1, 2021 were unvaccinated or diagnosed within two weeks from the first dose immunization date. 77.8% of hospitalized cases (10,313/13,250) since Jan 1, 2021 were unvaccinated or diagnosed within two weeks from the first dose immunization date.



74% of COVID-19 deaths (1,368/1,849) since Jan 1, 2021 were unvaccinated or diagnosed within two weeks from the first dose immunization date."



Table 10 shows that 81.3% percent of ICU hospitalizations in the last 120 days in Alberta were unvaccinated.



While the vaccine does not protect an individual from the COVID-19 virus completely, the same data users are presenting shows that it significantly reduces the risk of severe illness and hospitalization.



VERDICT

Misleading. Data from the government of Alberta shows that unvaccinated individuals have higher rates of hospitalization and deaths.

i didn't 'fall' for a fuckin thing.... nor did i make a claim.... i'm just showing you that canada is engaged with the same medical fuckery that america is experiencing.... we have single dose ppl counting as unvaccinated. we have recently double dosed ppl counting as unvaccinated. AND we even have double dosed ppl that are due for a booster counting as 'partially vaccinated' and occasionally just unvaccinated....

you seem like a good natured and good hearted little fella.... and i've become somewhat fond of you.... but lets get this straight.... how is showing THEIR stats considered 'misleading'? its only misleading because it doesn't support their steadily deteriorating narrative.... and lets talk about 'misleading'.... heres a few thing that i consider misleading....



1. counting ppl with 1 dose of mystery juice as 'unvaccinated'....



2. counting ppl with 2 doses of mystery juice as 'unvaccinated' for ANY reason....



3. automatically testing unvaccinated ppl for covid and counting them as covid cases regardless of what they go to the hospital for while NOT testing vaccinated ppl unless they request a test or show severe symptoms....



do you not think that would twist the numbers in their favor? i think its unethical and i would love to see a medical audit done to straighten out this fuckery....

Brother, my boy is an anti-vaxxer. Everyday he posts something something like this that twists stats around, and videos that misrepresent what people say. I live next door to Alberta. I have seen their stats, They are similar to our own. Fash is right, data shows the available vaccines significantly reduces the risk of severe illness and hospitalization.

At first it was one shot and you were vaccinated. Then it was two shots and you were "fully vaccinated". Then you weren't considered fully vaccinated unless you had a booster. Now they're talking about another booster and possibly another one after that. It's getting so confusing that they're now starting to say "Up to date" instead of how many shots you need to be fully vaccinated. Makes me wonder if the people reported as 'unvaccinated' had a couple of jabs but not all the ones needed to be considered current.

It was two shots with all vaccines except for Johnson and Johnson..
