I go to the gym and everyone I see there seems to have common sense



Usually, if you're feeling a little adventurous, you try a machine that won't hurt you in as you can't lift all the weight, like the ones with rowing movements.



But trying to bench press 400 lbs, usually when you see that you have two dudes on each side of the bar with their hands on it all the time, ready to lift it in case the person lifting can't do it



But what happens in the video is simply unbelievable. It's like the woman and the trainer were on some sort of very heavy drugs. The way the guy simply watches the woman getting under all that weight and he simply sits there, looking at her with a stupid clueless face.
