Eastern China now has living standards comparable to Europe and they too have the same problem.

True. I remember checking a list various nuts alongside each's  respective components .. and while it varied some, in the overall, all nuts were fairly close to equally good for you  ... including in fact peanuts (especially redskins with skin included)
