What is fentanyl?



Is it made by pharmaceutical companies?

 It's a very potent opiate drug. It gets used to cut street drugs like heroin and cocaine....and its caused a lot of over doses.



 The sad thing is, when active junkies hear about an over dose and possible fentanyl.....they want to get that same stuff.

Why would they want to OD? I was always told a heroin user knows their tolerance. If you OD, it's cuz you were being greedy

They probs dont want to OD, they just want to sample the extra hard stuff. Trouble is though, there's a much higher chance of them going over, particularly if they inject.

When heavily cut with fentanyl (which user is unaware of) it seems no different to user .. but can be deadly.
