It's already here. it's been here for a while. Canada is in a race to the bottom. Canadians should read about Venezuela, because that country is their future.

I had it narrowed down to Southern Argentina, Ukraine or Western Canada. Saskatchewan was not the cheapest and I was leading towards Ukraine, but my God that country is corrupt. I don't want to shell out a big chunk of my life savings only to discover later on I don't really own title to the land I am working.
