the nice thing about being rightwing is the diversity of opinions.... all my friends are rightwing as fuck but we all have different views about EVERYTHING.... israel, russia, ukraine, palestine, tariffs, etc.... but we talk it out and everybody gets a new perspective.... its like a family.... we agree on the basics - don't fuck or fuck with kids.... don't let men in womens spaces.... skin color is not a job qualification.... shit like that.... i never feel like i HAVE to feel some kinda way about anything.... whereas the left has hive mentality.... nobody goes againt the "tenets of liberalism".... otherwise they're out.... theres no "natural cohesiveness".... they all have to "support" something wether they believe it or not.... i suppose that has an appeal for ppl who would rather not "think for themselves".... but its gonna end badly for em....

A lot of books in the new testament are pure forgeries but attributed to Paul.

The bible is a mix of myth, plagiarism, allegories with a sprinkling of historical fact added in. And I am not even a Jesus mythicist. I believe there was a historical Jesus. Everything else written about him are fables.

no ghettos in heaven.... i don't think theres a red light district either.... we all have different ways of living and different "appetites".... this is where we find balance.... look at how we live vs how a worm lives.... if you were forced to live a worms "perfect life", you would be miserable as fuck.... eating what he eats.... sleeping where he sleeps.... that would be hell.... if a worm were forced to live our "perfect life", he would be miserable as fuck too.... eating food that hasn't started to rot.... trying to move across a shag carpet or sticking to a hardwood floor.... i don't think heaven can exist in a physical form.... it would be impossible to customize perfection to account for everyones tastes.... i think heaven exists as vibrations.... i think in heaven we just resonate peace, comfort and safety without the "physical elements"....

 When you say "acceptance/tolerance" im not sure what you mean. Aside from those wacky unitarian churches, every church deems homosexual sex a sin to be repented of. No church would embrace it. The church just wont cast you out because of it.

I've seen churches in blue states flying the rainbow flag. Heck, some have even started doing it here... that shit would have been unthinkable only a decade or so ago.

I want leftists posting here. And we have had a few in the past. And we have one now and that is Garraty_47. Unlike the CBT crew that moved to BF, Garraty can debate various topics. He is one of my favourite contributors because we disagree on most topics but we debate them like adults.

Admin/Gremlin, Oak, jack, soon, and Lotusbud are registered here. Since the change in management they don't feel safe any longer. I think Biggie is a very fair admin, but they do not trust him.

I even offered to have a leftist sub and make one of them mods with assurances there would be no intereference from either of us. But, it comes back to them not feeling safe. I do not know what we can do about that.

The largest mainline protestant denomination in Canada is the United Church of Canada. Every congregation in this country has a rainbow flag but not a Canadian flag.
