Thats because they're extremely tribal and essentially function as an organised cabal. They're basically a criminal cartel masquerading as a persecuted minority group...

They're not a complete hivemind of course and they do disagree over some things, but they stick together and close ranks very quickly over important stuff, like fighting "nazis", aka any Whites who have racial pride.
