Most -- yes. But I've seen cases of extreme neglect, particularly in Nursing facilities for the aging which counter this assumption.

Mostly on the lower ends of the profession totem pole such as the CNAs and what not, but sometimes among the doctors and nurses too.

Yup, I delivered pizzas long ago to nursing homes. Those nurses sit around watching TV (or prolly on their phones these days), while the patients sit in piss and shit!

My dirty whore ex whore wife is a nurse. I'm predisposed to generally hate nurses. I raised the kids while that dumb whore went through college. Bitch is so dumb, I had to proof read and correct every paper she wrote. It was like some shit a 12 year old gutter slut stripper would write. (No offense to strippers Dovey) She was lazy, a bad mom, slovenly, bitchy, all the qualities you regularly see in nurses. Nursing is a white trailer trash profession......not to say brown women cant be all this too. Dont wanna sound RAYCIS or anything.

I'm sure if you sit down with the risk analysis department in any one of these larger scale insitutions they will tell you that they'd  rather pay the additional salary to these workers instead of the grossly high malpractice insurance premiums and state/federal fines which also come with the added expense of additional regulatory oversight and all of the expenses required to undo the reputational damage done by the last successful neglect claim.

Like I said before, healthcare in this country is absurdly expensive largely due to the human greed associated with the "professional Plantiffs" we see prevailing in liberal courts around the country.

Look up Switzerland's healthcare system and compare it to their rate of successful malpractice suits and disability cases. Per capita the numbers aren't even close.

Hyperactive litigiousness is also a sign of late-stage capitalism. It's easy money and can be damn good money even just from a settlement nevermind a courtroom win. When a society is lousy with lawyers and the people are all scrabbling for as much money as they can get their hands on it's inevitable that suing each other, corporations, etc. is going to become an actual industry.

Lawyers often recruit clients. The "ambulance chaser" didn't become extinct; it just went high tech with identifying and contacting prospective clients. No literal ambulance chasing required these days.

Who writes those insurance policies that are supposed to protect doctors from lawyers? Fred from the Accounts Payable office? Martha in the Scheduling office?

No. Other lawyers write them.

Lawsuits are an industry and like any other industry it actively works to perpetuate itself. That doesn't mean a bunch of lawyers getting together in a secret location once a month to plot and scheme. Individuals who all have similar self-interests don't need to collude or conspire to act in concert to the benefit of the group.

It's all about the money.
The money to be made from bringing lawsuits, the money to be made from defending lawsuits, the money to be made from selling insurance, the money to be made by drawing up insurance contracts.

Unfortunately I am the only person qualified to answer that.

Think of her as kind of Door Dash of the desperate sexually frustrated lady whale community. With one distinct advantage over door dash in that what she delivers, although not ideal and unlike door dash is completely gratuitous, it is completely free.

And since most men tend to be lazy and will likely fuck anything that spontaneously appears before them eager to such their assholes out through their pee holes I can see where she manages to score a win every now and then with such an act of shameless desperation.
