I decided to GrubHub some Chinese.  Shrimp with veggies, cumin lamb, fried rice, egg rolls, stir fried veggies, and some hot and sour soup.

Animal fat isn't unhealthy.. my husband has reduce all his markers on the meat diet. He lost 10 kolos, kept it off. His good cholesterol is average and his bad cholesterol is nearly non existent.

Transfat is the bad health risk fat.
