I'm happy AF about this! However, I do need to get off my lazy ass and do some research on how shit like this gets created and dissolved. I guess mainly, how the fuck does a POTUS create an agency yet libtards say POTUS cannot dissolve it? Doesnt make sense to me. Now I get that Congress has to fund it, but Congress apparently didnt create any of these agencies. I need to make it make sense. I'm fukin lazy tho.
