I'm finding it's easier to keep my weight down in a tropical country. I need fewer calories compared to living in a frozen wasteland like Edmonton, Alberta. Having a pool helps too.

Im telling ya its similar to here! I stay down in the 130s range in the Summer! My metabolism is off the charts too lol.

I always gain 10lbs in the Winter, lose it in the Summer. Because of my knee, I gained 20!!! I have a lil belly and a lil butt now! I already lost 4lbs since St. Paddy's Day, Im moving again 

I do pilates pretty much everyday so if im at home all day, im in yoga clothes. The pants and a good sports bra. Or a my favorite baggy sweat pants and a sports bra.

And a few ago I looked in the mirror and noticed....I got fucking CHONK going on. Startled me lol. I thought maybe I was bloated some how.

Nope. Its a gut. Hahaha. Im not upset about it at all. Im in good shape. Its just weird because im not used to this lol. The man LOVES it. Now he is always poking pawing at my chonky bits lol.

Still going to try to lose it this summer. The beef organ supplements are supposed to help with all that. I do NOT want to get my weight out of control at my age.

The older we get, the harder it gets and i want to stay as healthy as possible.

My time in long term acute care made me take health so seriously.

Like Murd is gonna get the diabeetus and its going to become a whole cascade of problems...Oak too. Murd has to be 50 by now and Oak is in her 60s. That's not good to have all that weight.

I'd be OK with it if I was retired and single. Yep. When i lived in Southern Florida my body was rockin. My skin glowed. Tropical climates are very good to me.

I always think I want to move back to one but then I get homesick every autumn.
