Slipped a track near the entrance of a road that had crushed rock embankments I didn't know about. Rest of the 2.5 k's were all sand. Managed to back torsion off with a winch, but that fucking track was glued to the terrain.

The only guys I've ever seen that can successfully retrack are excavator guys.  The rest may as well just call it a day...

It was yearling sirloin/s ok, two, but they were really fucking small and it has been many weeks or months so I've gone mehhhh. You can eat beef steaks....especially because my local butcher has been flogging this less than half priced beef and all the locals love it..... even with cattle of their own.



... had to cook it hot and fast after spending a few implement equipped minutes holding down the rinds long enough to start rendering and develop a crust.



Nice pink, flavour, and price....like 23 bucks a kilo.
