I know you were just kidding.  Sorry to hear about the bad news, if you dun mind me asking, which type of style did you practice?  I remember I once fought a guy in high school before finding out he started practicing Kung fu since he was 6, boy did it didn't turned out too well for me.  :laugh:


I have a black sash in Wing Chun, a green sash in Shaolin (5 animal) and I dabbled in Jeet Kune Do. Ip Man was my grandmaster's Sifu back in the day. Kungfu is the ultimate martial art as far as I'm concerned. I originally studied Karate for 6 years and it certainly doesn't compare.

I have little to no knowledge about martial arts, but always see it as one of the best work out/interests to learn in life, mental training/self defense/helping others/exercise/passion, it seems like the boonful possibilities are endless.

I used to think everyone in China knew Kung Fu...at least the martial arts version. They say the actual term of Kung Fu can be applied to everyday living. A level achieved through hard work and discipline.

Said goodbye to a 49 year old friend yesterday. 1974 Kawasaki Z1 900. I wasn't riding anymore so it was time. Found this in 2003 with 5,600 miles on it and sold it with 9,000 miles on it. Actually bought one new in 1974. Lots of good memories made on this. Grand daughter, wife and rally rides, great times.
