Australians said climate change was their number one issue. As if any government can stop it.

They're supposedly trying to crack down on emissions. I hear a lot of talk about encouraging commuters to take public transport to work instead of their own vehicles, but not a lot concerning industrial processes, particularly the burning of fossil fuels to produce electricity.

None of which will change the climate nor reduce reliability on reliable, environmentally sustainable natural gas and petroleum products.

Global emissions from humankind's ceaseless fucking contributes to global warming. Testosterone and a maternal clock primed by religious orders and social debauchery. Overpopulation being the byproduct that has reached plague proportions. There's irrefutable evidence to support these facts. Elementary demographic reasoning...

There is no global warming.... sorry, but it's true.

Climate science is a bunk agenda.

Most new emissions are in developing countries. How is punishing Aussies supposed to change that fact.

It makes liberal upper income folks in Sydney and Melbourne feel smug. It don't do jack to stop or even slow climate change.

It's re-educating Australians, not punishing them. Developing countries are shocking when it comes to emissions...where does one even start? I've seen enough filth in places like Africa, Malaysia and Indonesia that would make the average person sick. It's disgusting.

It sounds like Australia will be following Canada's example, though not likely as extreme as what we have done to our population.

This image illustrates the utter futility of countries like Australia and Canada deliberately lowering lowering living standards in the name of fighting climate change.

I've heard of potash in fertilizer.

Coal and gas plants drive fertiliser plants...
