 Yeah... they build dams and then build on flood plains. I have no sympathy. They cut costs and build bridges for cars and their drain holes get plugged up with debris.

In 2013, we were forced to evacuate our house.


Move. It is only a matter of time before you really do flood. Get out while the going is good. Buy on higher ground.
