Oh, I see Superchecker.

If you ever gamble in Vegas, even just a little, sign up for the free players rewards cards. Earn points towards free play, free meals, and discount rooms. We LOVE http://www.totalrewards.com">www.totalrewards.com which is for all of the Caesars & Harrahs properties; The MGM properties have Mlife, and *thats* what we've booked our 4 free nights with in March. The room is free, BUT they still charge you the nightly resort fee, anywhere from $25 thru $50 a night.

I've never been to Las Vegas......I've never gambled.

I don't gamble, but I've heard there are other things to do there..

Perhaps seeing the Hoover Dam.

Vegas aint like a resort that you want a minimum of a week. Three or four nights there is more than enough. It aint exactly a healthy place.

Las Vegas isn't too far from the Gran Canyon too I believe.

And, there are non casino hotels too...

Most casino hotels add a nightly "resort fee" of between $25-50+ per night, in addition to posted rates.

I would prefer non casino hotels.

Those hotels are off the strip and Fremont.
