Well, mine does so it's certainly possible.  I thought perhaps he might have caps on the file size he wasn't aware of.  It had been stated that the problem was fixed.

If you click on the profile pic, and then click on it again when the profile displays, it is animated.  Regular forum display, no.

well they need to fix their fucking site because you used to be able any gif and it would animate in the forums display.
