I have been married twice. Now that I have been forced to think about the second one, my first marriage didn't seem so bad.

Caskur, I am nearly fifty. Obviously I was not predestined to be a family man.


My Indonesian uncle and my aunty divorced after 15 years... he married another Indonesian in his 50s and had two children. So if your mothers tell you, you have to get married and have kids they make you marry someone... that is most Asian cultures. I am surprised your mum and dad haven't made you do that yet.

No marriage is perfect. My hub drives me crazy at times but at the end of the day, I wouldn't want to share this life with anyone else.

Im in a weird cycle of life lately. Not really knowing if I want to be single, or if I dont. I miss the affection mostly. Empty house is a lil depressing too, which is why I go out and do things so much. BUT, if I was in a relationship, I wouldnt be able to do whatever I wanted.



Been single over 2 years now, longest ever. I entered my first relationship when I was 16, until I was 35. Then my next one from 36-43. Its weird not being in a relationship.



I couldnt have lady friends in either relationship, both were extremely jealous types. So its nice being able to have lady friends again, and not worry what I say on the internet either lol (they would spy on me).
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

That's fundamentalist Mormons. Mainstream LDS church hasn't allowed polygamy in a very long time.

They are not the only ones who do it either.



I think welfare should stop supporting them.

 I was actually watching YouTube videos about that "sister wives" show.  It's disgusting. The man is a total piece of shit abuser and the women are miserable. The kids are miserable.



 It's just sad and gross and you are correct....they do all scam.

Yes. correct. Any culture that promotes multiple wives.... huge jealousy problems and in Africa they poison each other's children.  Too bad most people don't get true documentaries on primetime TV these days. It is like they want to bury the truth so no one gets offended, meanwhile bugga the mental health and well being of the kids witnessing all that.
